Our heavy duty hose clamps for irrigation provide secure, vibration-resistant connections that withstand constant water pressure and outdoor exposure. Ideal for large-scale farming operations where downtime is costly.
Industrial Fluid Systems: Designed for high-pressure suction hoses handling chemicals, oil, and industrial fluids. The corrosion resistant heavy duty clamps ensure reliable sealing in chemical processing plants, oil refineries, and manufacturing facilities where fluid integrity is critical to safety and productivity.
Automotive Industry: Applied in turbocharger hoses, cooling systems, and high-performance fluid connections. Our T-bolt clamps and super clamps meet stringent automotive quality standards, providing uniform 360° sealing for silicone and rubber hoses under extreme temperature and pressure conditions.
Construction & Heavy Equipment: Used in heavy-duty drainage systems, water transport lines, and construction equipment hydraulic circuits. The robust bolt-and-trunnion design handles the high torque requirements of construction applications, ensuring connections stay tight even under heavy vibration and load stress.
Marine & Coastal Applications: SS316 stainless steel variants provide superior corrosion resistance for marine environments, including saltwater cooling systems, bilge pump connections, and deck washdown systems where exposure to harsh salt spray is constant.

Advantages and Benefits
Maximum Strength & Clamping Force: Our heavy duty hose clamps feature a reinforced band with rounded edges that prevent hose damage while providing maximum clamping force. The heavy-duty bolt and trunnion design delivers high torque capability, ensuring a tight, uniform 360° seal even under extreme pressure and vibration conditions.
High Corrosion Resistance: Premium Yellow Zinc Plated Carbon Steel and 304/316 Stainless Steel options ensure long-lasting performance in harsh environments. The zinc plating provides excellent resistance to rust, oxidation, and chemical exposure, making these clamps ideal for outdoor, marine, and industrial applications where moisture and corrosive elements are present.
Reusable & Adjustable Design: Unlike single-use clamps, our bolt-and-nut design allows for multiple installations and adjustments without losing clamping force. This reusability reduces replacement costs and simplifies maintenance procedures. The double bolt heavy duty hose clamps provide even pressure distribution for sensitive hose connections.
Precision Fit & Versatility: Available in a wide range of sizes from 16mm to 300mm clamping diameter, our clamps accommodate virtually any hose or pipe connection. The adjustable design ensures a precise fit on various hose materials including rubber, silicone, and thermoplastic. Our engineering team can customize specifications for your exact application requirements.
Quality Assurance: Manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality management system with full material traceability. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing including torque testing, salt spray testing, and dimensional inspection. Material certificates and test reports available upon request.
Cost-Effective B2B Solution: Designed for wholesale and bulk procurement, our adjustable high pressure pipe clamps offer competitive pricing for volume orders. The extended service life and reusability significantly reduce total cost of ownership compared to standard worm-drive clamps. Bulk order discounts available for distributors and OEM customers.
Installation / Usage Tips
Proper Sizing: Measure the outside diameter (OD) of your hose after it has been pushed onto the fitting. Choose a clamp size range that includes that measurement. Avoid selecting a clamp that is too large, as it will not provide adequate clamping force, or too small, which may damage the hose. Our engineering team can assist with sizing recommendations.
Correct Positioning: Place the clamp behind the hose bead or barb on the fitting. Position the clamp band perpendicular to the hose axis for even pressure distribution. For T-bolt clamps, ensure the bridge is centered over the hose for uniform 360° sealing pressure.
Proper Torque: Tighten the bolt to the manufacturer’s recommended torque specification. Over-tightening can crush or extrude the hose, creating a leak path. Under-tightening may result in blow-off under pressure. Use a torque wrench for consistent results, especially on high-pressure applications.
Hose Preparation: Ensure the hose end is clean, free of debris, and properly lubricated before installation. A clean connection prevents damage to the hose inner surface and ensures a better seal. Inspect the hose for cracks, wear, or deterioration before installing a new clamp.
Regular Inspection: Periodically inspect installed clamps for signs of corrosion, bolt loosening, or hose degradation. In high-vibration environments, check torque regularly and re-tighten as needed. Replace clamps showing signs of band cracking, bolt thread damage, or significant corrosion.
Material Selection: For outdoor or wet environments, choose stainless steel clamps for maximum corrosion resistance. For general industrial applications, zinc plated carbon steel offers excellent performance at a lower cost. For chemical or marine environments, SS316 is the recommended choice.
Storage & Handling: Store clamps in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct exposure to moisture and chemicals. Keep zinc-plated clamps in original packaging to prevent oxidation before use. Handle clamps carefully to avoid damaging the band edges or bolt threads.
Custom Application Support: For unique requirements such as extreme temperatures, special chemicals, or non-standard hose sizes, contact our engineering team for comprehensive design assistance. FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
Measure the outside diameter (OD) of your hose after it has been pushed onto the fitting. Use a caliper or measuring tape for accuracy. Choose a clamp size range that includes your measurement. If you’re between sizes, select the smaller clamp for a tighter seal.
A T-bolt clamp uses a T-shaped bolt that provides high clamping force with a nut, ideal for high-pressure and high-vibration applications. A super clamp features a wider band and heavier-duty housing for maximum strength. Both provide 360° uniform sealing, but T-bolt clamps offer easier installation in tight spaces.
For high-pressure applications, we recommend T-bolt clamps or double bolt heavy duty hose clamps. These designs provide the highest clamping force and most uniform pressure distribution. SS316 stainless steel versions offer the best combination of strength and corrosion resistance for demanding conditions.
Yes. The bolt-and-nut design allows for multiple installations and adjustments without losing clamping force. Unlike worm-drive clamps that can deform over time, our heavy duty clamps maintain consistent performance through repeated use.
We offer Carbon Steel (yellow zinc plated), SS304, and SS316 stainless steel options. Carbon steel with zinc plating is ideal for general industrial use. SS304 suits most outdoor and washdown applications. SS316 is recommended for marine, chemical, and highly corrosive environments.
