Manufacturing Capabilities

Youjia Metals supports custom fasteners, metal stamping, deep drawing, CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication for industrial B2B projects. Each inquiry is reviewed against the drawing, material, tolerance, quantity and finishing requirements before a manufacturing route is confirmed.

Custom Fastener Manufacturing

Our fastener scope includes bolts, screws, nuts, washers, threaded components and drawing-based special fasteners. A complete inquiry should identify the applicable standard, material grade, thread, dimensions, mechanical requirements, surface finish and packaging. Where a standard designation is used, buyers should still confirm any project-specific deviations.

Metal Stamping

Metal stamping is suitable for repeatable sheet-metal components such as brackets, clips, straps, contacts and formed hardware. Feasibility depends on material, thickness, bend geometry, hole-to-edge distance, burr direction, tolerance and expected order quantity. Prototype and production planning should account for tooling strategy and inspection of critical features.

Deep Drawing

Deep drawing creates cup-shaped and enclosure-style parts from sheet metal. The achievable geometry depends on draw ratio, material formability, corner radius, wall condition and the number of forming operations. Buyers should identify sealing surfaces, cosmetic zones, trimming requirements and critical depths on the drawing.

CNC Machining

CNC turning and milling support precision custom components, threaded fittings, shafts, spacers, housings and low-to-medium volume hardware. Quote accuracy improves when the RFQ includes a dimensioned drawing, 3D file when available, material, tolerance standard, surface finish, inspection requirements and annual demand.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Cutting, bending, welding and assembly can be combined for covers, frames, brackets and industrial enclosures. Design review should consider bend relief, accessible weld locations, flat-pattern requirements, distortion control and finishing compatibility.

RFQ Information Checklist

  • 2D drawing and revision number
  • 3D model when geometry is complex
  • Material grade and thickness
  • Critical tolerances and functional interfaces

Manufacturing Capability FAQ

Can you manufacture from a drawing or sample?

Drawing-based review is preferred because it defines measurable requirements. A sample may support the review, but dimensions, material and acceptance criteria should still be confirmed.

Which process should I choose?

The appropriate process depends on geometry, material, tolerance and quantity. Stamping can suit repeat sheet parts, CNC machining suits precision or complex cut features, and fabrication supports larger bent or welded assemblies.

Can several processes be combined?

Yes. A project may combine stamping, machining, welding, threading and finishing when the design requires it.
