Youjia Metals supplies stainless steel threaded rods and all-thread studs for industrial fastening, construction, equipment installation, and solar mounting projects. A continuous external thread allows nuts to be positioned along the rod for connection, suspension, or adjustment.
Our published threaded rod range includes SS304 and SS316 materials, metric and imperial requests, and custom cut lengths. Specify the thread, length, material, strength class, end form, and inspection requirements for quotation. Availability and the final product specification are confirmed before an order is accepted.

DIN975 and DIN 976-1 Ordering
DIN975 remains a common legacy search and purchasing reference for threaded rods, but the standard has been withdrawn. Specify the required current standard, thread end form, dimensions, and tolerances in the purchase specification. Different standard references are not automatically interchangeable.
Threaded rod catalogs commonly list 1 m and 2 m lengths; your required length and any cut-end treatment must be stated in the inquiry. Standard length, stainless material designation, and strength class are separate requirements.
Materials and Manufacturing
SS304 can be considered for suitable general industrial environments, while SS316 may be considered where chloride exposure or other service conditions require a different material. Neither grade is corrosion-proof. Review the environment, operating temperature, maintenance, and required mechanical properties before selection.
Thread rolling and custom end preparation are reviewed against the diameter, material, and drawing. Double-end or partial-thread designs are custom alternatives rather than the same configuration as a full-thread rod. Thread pitch, dimensional inspection, and finish requirements are agreed for the order.
Applications and Installation
Typical projects include HVAC and ceiling suspension, pipe supports, machinery and OEM assembly, construction connections, marine installations, solar mounting, and chemical or food-processing equipment. Suitability depends on the joint design, service exposure, nut compatibility, required load, and installation method.
Stainless threads can gall. Discuss suitable lubrication, mating material, tightening method, and coating compatibility. No percentage increase in load capacity or automatic prevention of galling is claimed. Do not use an unspecified rod as a rated lifting component.
OEM Supply, Inspection, and Packaging
Provide a drawing or complete specification for custom diameter, pitch, length, end form, material, finish, and quantity. Material identification, dimensional checks, thread gauging, mechanical tests, traceability, and test documents must be specified and agreed before production.
Carton, pallet, wooden-case, or OEM-labeled packaging requests are reviewed according to rod length, quantity, and shipping method. Lead time, stock status, sample requirements, and document availability are confirmed in the quotation rather than promised for every order.
